An urban renewal project in Givatayim’s attractive and desirable “Tel Ganim” neighborhood. Adjacent to Givatayim Park, the neighborhood offers the ideal residential experience close to municipal leisure and cultural centers, leading educational institutions, the mall, and Korazin Center.
The project involved reinforcing two townhouses dating from the 1960s and excavating a new underground parking lot for residents’ exclusive use. In addition to seismic reinforcement activities, the construction work included adding safe rooms, balconies, and elevators, replacing all infrastructure, and performing unique landscaping work on the grounds.
